 AARON MADDRON | Personal Workout Videos East Coast Muscle introduces the Aaron Maddron Personal Workout Video Series. The series is produced by Repetrope Productions, the official video production company for the NPC national level competitions. Repetrope is known in our industry for their sharp broadcast-quality tapes of the NPC competitions.

Aaron Maddron, NPC National Bodybuilding Championships overall winner and IFBB pro bodybuilder, takes you through his intense full-body workout. He discusses each bodypart before working it. This video series was taped in Aaron's Oregon gym one week before his win at the NPC Nationals, where he reached pro status. Aaron had full control over what went into this series. He goes through his poses in Part Three.
