Judging Milos Sarcev
Milos now appears in major publications on a frequent basis. Articles are written referring to his "classic" physique. The demand for him is global. The best way to explain why Milos is so accomplished, is to compare him to the criteria used by judges.Muscularity
The first element judges look for is Muscularity, which incorporates everything pertaining to individual muscles, e.g. size, density, shape, fullness, separation, peaks, and striations. Examine the first photo on the left, you can see how Milos displays full round muscles; striations in the deltoids; abs which individually contain good size and separation from each other; and separation, fullness, and flair to his quads. Milos has become known for his stand-out quads. The fullness and flair can be seen from all angles.
Symmetry
The second element is Symmetry which addresses the balance between all muscles. This is the area which Milos claims so well. It is the element which has brought the label "classic" to his physique. It is a talent which largely comes with genetics and a good eye that tells you when to ease up somewhere because you shouldn't get larger in that group, or to go heavier because you need to catch up and balance with another group. It's the symmetry and balance that keep Milos' muscularity in control. Milos could shoot for quads which would dominate any competition. However, his command of Symmetry keeps the quads in balance with the rest of his physique. A look at the same photo will show you how well the fullness and flair of his quads are balanced by the full, round deltoids, arms, and pecs.
Presentation
The third element is Presentation which incorporates everything from the trunks, grooming, tan, posture, posing ability, individual routine, and demeanor. The expertise Milos has picked up after having competed in so many competitions is obvious. One is aware he is about to watch a qualified master at posing. The audience sees this when Milos takes the stage for his individual routine. He starts by slowly positioning his legs, which keeps everyone's eyes on one of the most impressive bodyparts of the competition. After having taken his time to position his legs, he brought everyone's eyes up by hardening his upper body to balance with his lower body. The calm pace displayed how comfortable he was on stage and how much control he had over the judges and the audience. The classical music, which he posed so well to, only further established him as an expert and master at posing.
Final Comments
It is necessary to also point out improvements which I think can be made. Milos has strong legs which bring a lot of attention to them. Some more height and thickness to the traps would balance them well. More of a tapered V look might be obtained by widening the lats, thickening the back, and tightening the obliques. Overall, the package as it stands now is quite impressive!
