Q: I have a question regarding cardio training for bodybuilders...I was once told that jogging slims the body...which is bad for beginners like me...so is there any other better ways or routines for cardio training...I will be required to do a lot of running in about 2 months time.....^_^ Thanks for your time....and hope you have a nice day!! ^_^

A: There is no problem with doing cardio activity in conjunction with a weight training routine. It will not impede your muscle growth just perhaps slow it down. If your cardio activity is excessive i.e. 60mins per day then maintaining muscle mass will prove difficult. If you will have to do a lot of running in the near future, I'd say it's wise to include it in your training now.
