How Long Should I Workout to Build Muscle

Q: I'm cofused, some people say that to gain muscle you need to train for 2 hours each session while others say that you should only do 30 minutes, how long should my workout be?

A: When it comes to strength training the longer you are in the gym does not mean better muscle growth. Try to limit your time in the gym to 45-60 minutes. Attempt to accomplish your normal workout in a shorter period of time thus increasing intensity. Time between sets should not exceed one minute for the novice to intermediate and 30 to 45 seconds between sets for the advanced. Try this and experience new muscle growth for the new millennium.
