Q: 4 months ago I tore my ACL, what exercises should I do to keep up my fitness before i turn to a blob?

A: This is a hard question for me to answer accurately without knwoing you. For those reading this the ACL is the Anterior Cruciate Ligament and is the injury Paul Gascoigne sustained. I do believe you can make a full recovery from the injury but this will entail rehabilatation and strengthening the muscles either side of your knee. You can obviously still do a full complement of upper body exercises which would be beneficial. In terms of lower body, I think swimming would be good providing you can keep the injured leg from bending/flexing from the knee, try to swim by moving the legs from your hips.
