Enclosed you will find the entry form for the 2003 Bodyonics Pinnacle NPC National Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships, to be held November 14-15.

- NPC rate: $155 (Honored until October 30. After October 30 it will be honored only on a space-available basis).
Please read the entire Nationals brochure thoroughly. It contains important information. There is no Figure Division in this competition. The National Figure Championships are held with the Team Universe in August.The entry form must be fully completed and signed. If you are under 18 years old, make sure that it is signed by your parent or guardian. Once the entry form has been completed, return it with a money order (no personal checks) to pay for your entry fee. Return it where instructed on the entry form. Keep the information brochure for your own reference. Please note that there can be no entry refunds.
The deadline for entry mailing is Friday, October 24. Entries postmarked after October 24 will be accepted until October 29. Entry fee for entries postmarked between October 25 and October 29 will be doubled to $250. No entries will be accepted if postmarked after October 29.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- All contestants must be registered as athletes with the computer service of the National Physique Committee as of October 24. For an application, contact the NPC at PO Box 3711, Pittsburgh PA 15230 (412-276-5027). You may not register for an NPC card on the day of the contest;
- You must be a US citizen to enter this event and proof must be sent with your entry (copy of birth certificate, voter registration, passport, or military discharge (DD214). Driver licenses and Social Security cards are not proof of citizenship;
- You must not be under suspension by the NPC;
- You must have competed since January 1, 2001 and obtained one of the following placements in an NPC event:
- Among the first 5 in his/her weight class in the National or USA Championships, or IFBB North American;
- Among the first 5 in his/her weight class in the Jr National or Jr USA Championships;
- Winner in any weight class in the Teenage, Collegiate, or Masters National Championships;
- Among the first 2 in his/her weight class in the Armed Forces National Championships;
- Overall in an area Championship of the unrestricted class;
- Among the first 2 in his/her weight class in an area level Championship designated as a National Qualifier;
- Overall winner in a District level Championship designated as a National qualifying contest;
- Weight class winners at the USA and Nationals are given 5 years eligibility;
- Fitness competitors must have finished among the top 5 in an NPC-sanctioned state or regional fitness event;
- All athletes are subject to random drug testing.

- Bantamweight: 143.25 lbs and under;
- Lightweight: over 143.25 lbs up to and including 154.25 lbs;
- Middleweight: over 154.25 lbs up to and including 176.25 lbs;
- Light-Heavyweight: over 176.25 lbs up to and including 198.25 lbs;
- Heavyweight: over 198.25 lbs up to and including 225.25 lbs;
- Super-Heavyweight: over 225.25 lbs.
- WOMEN
- Lightweight: 118 lbs and under;
- Middleweight: over 118 lbs up to and including 132 lbs;
- Heavyweight: over 132 lbs.
- FITNESS
- Short: up to and including 5' 2"
- Medium: over 5' 2" up to and including 5' 4.25"
- Tall: over 5' 4.25"

- Competition suits must be worn by bodybuilders to weigh-in. If you have any doubt about the suit, bring a second suit.

MUSIC AND NPC REGULATIONS
- All contestants must supply their own music and bring two copies to the mandatory athletes' meeting;
- Bodybuilders' music may not exceed 90 seconds. Fitness contestants' music may not exceed 2 minutes;
- Posing music must be on an otherwise blank cassette tape or CD and must be set at the beginning of the music;
- Cassettes or CDs will be collected at the mandatory athletes' meetings prior to pre-judging;
- Women's fitness competitors will be allowed to use music at the pre-judging and the finals;
- Bodybuilding contestants may not use music at the pre-judging. There will be 60 seconds of posing without music in pre-judging for bodybuilders;
- No "T" back, metallic, or vinyl suits will be allowed. Female bodybuilding competitors will be allowed to wear multi-colored posing suits and jewelry at the evening show. Suits must be deemed to be in appropriate taste;
- Additional regulations pertaining to fitness competitors are set forth on the Fitness Entry Form.
POSING AND AWARDS
- The top 15 competitors in each class will be introduced on stage at the finals;
- The top 5 competitors in each class will perform their entire routine;
- The top 5 competitors in each class plus the overall winners will be awarded trophies.
REIMBURSEMENT FOR TRAVEL
- Class winners will receive up to $150 toward travel expenses;
- Overall winners will receive up to $250 toward travel expenses;
- Reimbursements will be made only with submitted proof of travel expenses.
