Q: I'm new into bodybuilding and I would like some advice on what supplements are necessary to begin with? Also can this be done a budget, as money is a bit tight at the moment? Any tips on diets will be much appreciated......thanks

A: As a beginner the only supplements that are 'necessary' (technically none are necessary save for convenience plus ironically they can work out less expensive than 'real food') are Protein (Amino Acids) and Creatine (as a beginner you are no doubt concerned with gaining some muscle).
