How to Lose 10 Pounds and Get Abs




Q: What's the best way to lose ten pounds? I go to the gym about four times a week, use CV stuff and some weights, and swim. I try to eat low fat, but I must be doing something wrong because my weight hasn't shifted for months (I already lost over 10 lbs, but I can't seem to get any further!). Also, what are the best exercises for abs?

A: The problem here is I do not know if you are a man or a woman. I also do not know how much you weigh and what you think you should weigh. As you ask me about abs then I will assume you are a man. The best way to get abs is by following a strict diet and engage in intense weight training 3 times per week. Having a 6-pack is all about your level of Bodyfat. I have to say at this point that a lot of skinny chaps have what they consider a 6-pack – this is not a 6-pack a true set of abs must be attached to a person who is in good muscular condition unless that is you are in a boy-band!
