Whole Body Workouts for Mass
Q: Do you think whole body workouts 3x a week would eventually burn a natural lifter out. I heard someone say thats the best way to train for mass.
A: I think any workout done over and over again will eventually burn anyone out. I do the whole body thing 3x a week about 2 twice a year for 4 weeks at a time. I feel that it is a shock to my system and I make some good gains while trying it. Then when I go back to my regular program, I start making gains again with it.
